  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or an item is on backorder, processing times may be slightly delayed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We ship nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners such as The Courier Guy, Aramex, PUDO, or Fastway.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Major Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Outlying Areas / Rural: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
We may offer free delivery promotions for qualifying orders — details will be displayed on our store or at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real-time.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

6. Delays and Lost Packages

While we work with reliable couriers, delays can occur due to strikes, weather, or courier issues.
If your order appears lost or hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at legendswearhelp@gmail.com, and we’ll assist in locating your parcel.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package and item immediately, and contact us within 48 hours at legendswearhelp@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
